Plantraw’s Organic Un-Cereal™ Breakfast Granola is sweetened solely with whole organic dates, whose dietary fiber slows digestion for a healthy glycemic load. Dates also contribute to a healthy gut biome.

In crafting our granola we avoided refined sugar, honey, coconut nectar, maple syrup, or any other substance that may spike blood glucose. As a result, multiple diabetics and pre-diabetics who tried our granola notified us that they felt no impact on their blood sugar, nor did their continuous glucose monitors register any rises.

With ingredients like kale and flaxseed, our granola is far from a mere “snack;” it is a real food, perfect for anyone on a healthy diet, trying to lose weight, or just trying to avoid empty calories. 

Our granola is NOT cooked, baked, or denatured in any other way. Rather, we gently dehydrated it to preserve its fiber, protein, Omega 3, flavanols, vitamins, minerals and enzymes. These are the important micronutrients that naturally occur in the wholesome ingredients we use.

Our proprietary blend of almonds, dates, acerola cherry, and kale delivers optimal nutrition, which our production process preserves.
